Abercrombie & Fitch

Message: I have been a A&F customer for a few years now and I really like the stuffs here. As a brand, A&F deserves a five star, but i am going with a 3 star and this rating is based on my recent experience at this particular store.. I had placed an online order last weekend and went for a pickup this Monday. The store closes at 9 PM on Monday and I reached there at 8:40 PM. The staff there was already wrapping up their day and I appreciate that they helped me with my pickup. As I got hold of the package, I asked if I could quickly try a couple of items from the package, just to see if it fits well. The response of one of the staff (let's call her 'staff 1') there was "fitting rooms are closed at 8:45 PM". I said ok, no problem, I will just try a sweater and Jacket and probably I dont need a fitting room for that (It was just over 8:45 at this point). As I was trying a cardigan sweater, that 'staff 1' came and ask other staff (let's call her staff 2) "if everything is ok?". The staff 2 said that "he's just quickly trying the sweater and jacket". Staff 1 rolled her eyes, looked annoyingly at me and mumbled something to staff 2. I felt awkward and left the store (didn't even try the jacket). The point I am trying to convey here is that it's not like I was in the store past the closing time. When I stepped out of the store it was not even 8:50 PM. If you (staff at this store) have to behave like this, then please display a guidelines, rules and regulations message at your door that "no customers entertained after so n so time". Or just close the store whenever you feel like not having a customer at the store. But if the store doors are open for customers, please be courteous.. I will continue shopping at A&F, but i personally would probably avoid this particular store for sometime.

Message: A&F totally underrated now a days but the store is nice and organized. Usually everything is 'on sale' and they have plenty to choose from. I honestly think only 2 people work in there at any given time. Plus, this place is never busy.

Message: Great selection for kids, men and women. Customer service is great! Associates are kind and ready to help at the fitting rooms, checkout and find the best outfit to make you happy! Great store at the Columbia mall. Only bad they close the store in Annapolis..

Message: I love the storefront & the awesome fragrances. I went in to buy a hat for my litte guy. Great price & the hat is super cute.

Message: Store manager was excellent, she helped me pick up some great outfits and they offered to ship me clothes not in my size.
